Climate Controlled vs Non-climate Controlled?
Climate controlled units are ideal for storing temperature sensitive items such as wooden furniture, fabrics such as couches and chairs, materials that melt in the slightest warmth like candles, or items that will damage in heat like photos or artwork. We keep our climate controlled building at a minimum of 54 degrees in the winter and a maximum of 78 in the summer.

Pricing
Our units and parking spaces range from $55 per month to $300 per month. Factors of pricing include the size of the unit, climate or non-climate controlled, length of renting, storage insurance if elected, and any applicable discounts. We offer discounts for:
- Move In Specials
- Length of Renting
- Emergency Services
- Law Enforcement
- Fire
- Rescue
- Military Services
- Multi-Month Pre-payments
- Automatic Credit Card Payments (charged on the 1st of every month)
- Referral Fee Credits ($50 per signed referral)

Storage Insurance
Guardian Self Storage has enrollment forms available for a tenant insurance policy (specifically for storage unit tenants) for any tenant who feels the insurance will be needed. However, we encourage you to be aware of the following:
- Guardian Self Storage does not accept commission or referral fees for any policies signed
- Guardian Self Storage is not affiliated with the insurance company in any way other than offering the availability of the coverage
- SOME HOMEOWNERS OR RENTERS INSURANCE POLICIES ALREADY COVER YOUR PROPERTY BEING STORED ELSEWHERE. Please check with your insurance agent before assuming.
- Management of Guardian Self Storage does not offer a policy they wouldn’t sign themselves. We take great pride in researching various options and only offer the services we are confident with.
- Enrollment and cancellation can be done at any point during occupancy. Opt in or out at your discretion.
- Business Insurance policies that are carried by this and every other storage facility do not cover damage to personal property in cases of theft, fire, water damage, etc. Which is why a separate tenant insurance policy is offered.
